What does it track?
Heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), sleep stages, body temperature, steps & activity, and stress — around the clock.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes — it’s waterproof for showers, pools and swimming. Just avoid salt water, which can wear the finish over time.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 5 days on a single charge, topped up with the included charger. A few minutes a day is all it takes.
Which phones does it work with?
Both iOS and Android, through the free RingM8 app over Bluetooth. You’ll set up a free account — no payment details needed for the app.
