We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
2. Troubleshooting First
Our smart rings use new and advanced technology, and many issues can be resolved with quick support. We strongly encourage reaching out to our team before requesting a return.
3. Refund Policy
All returned items are carefully inspected:
- If a fault or defect is found, a full refund will be issued.
- If no fault is found, a 20–30% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling, processing, and restocking.
- Items returned damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a refund.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection is complete.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed before giving us the chance to resolve the issue, the return and refund process will be paused until the case is settled by the payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
🔄 Ring Sizer Disclaimer
Ordering a ring sizer is a helpful tool to estimate your best fit. However:
- 🛑 We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or free replacements if the final ring size is still incorrect, even after using a ring sizer.
- ✅ We recommend measuring multiple times and checking our Size Chart carefully before placing your ring order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item free of charge.
